This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and engagements are managed for services offered by TekKeys and Nerds Private Limited (“TekKeys”, “We”, “Us”).

1. Nature of Services

TekKeys provides:

• Growth consulting

• Digital strategy

• Systems mapping

• Audits

• Transformation roadmaps

• Digital marketing advisory

• Automation consulting

• Training & workshops

These are intellectual, time-based, knowledge-based services.

2. Refund Policy

Because consulting & digital strategy work involves time, effort, and intangible expertise, the following rules apply:

2.1 Non-Refundable Services

These services are non-refundable once work has begun:

• Strategy sessions

• Blueprint creation

• Audits and assessments

• Content or planning work

• Execution support

• Delivered reports

• Analytics

• Workshops

• Retainers paid in advance

2.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered ONLY if:

• The project has not started

• No time has been invested

• No deliverables have been produced

A 10% processing fee may be deducted.

2.3 Digital Products

Digital templates, reports, or downloadable assets are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Cancellations

3.1 Sessions & Meetings

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled time.

3.2 Retainer Engagements

Retainers may be cancelled with 30-day notice.

Unused future work will be credited, not refunded.

4. Engagement Expectations

4.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate information

• Participate in scheduled sessions

• Make timely decisions

• Facilitate required access

• Respond within reasonable time

4.2 TekKeys Responsibilities

TekKeys will:

• Deliver high-quality advisory

• Maintain confidentiality

• Provide clear deliverables

• Communicate transparently

 

5. No Outcome Guarantee

Consulting cannot guarantee specific results. Business outcomes depend on multiple external factors.

6. Disputes

Disputes shall be resolved amicably.

If unresolved → governed by laws of India, jurisdiction: New Delhi/NCR.
